Information collected automatically. Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

To generate quote estimates and pre-fill your application; to read uploaded documents using optical character recognition (OCR) and similar automated tools; to connect you with the contract provider, administrator, and insurer to issue your vehicle service contract; to respond to your questions and provide support; to operate, secure, and improve the Site; and to comply with legal obligations.

When you upload a document, it may be processed by us and by trusted third-party processors (which may include AI-based vision/OCR services) solely to extract the information needed to serve your request. Please review any automatically extracted details for accuracy before submitting.

We share your information with the parties needed to provide your coverage — including the contract provider (Elevate), the administrator (Ascent Administration Services, LLC), and the insurer (Old Republic Insurance Company) — and with service providers who support our Site (such as hosting, analytics, and OCR processors), under obligations to protect it. We may also disclose information to comply with law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business transfer.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use cookies for analytics and advertising (including retargeting), which in some states may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising.” See the section on your choices below to opt out.
