Cancel a plan

You can cancel your vehicle service contract at any time. Submit the request below and our administrator, Ascent Administration Services, will process it and issue any refund you’re owed.

How refunds work

Within 30 days of your contract purchase date, with no paid claims: a full refund of the contract price.
After 30 days (or if a claim was paid): a prorated refund for the unused portion of your term, less any claims paid and a cancellation fee where permitted by your state.
If your plan is financed, any refund is shared with your lienholder as their interest appears. State rules may modify these terms — see your contract’s State Disclosures.
